My stay at the Universal House Grand Romance Hotel was a mixed bag. The location near the Lomashi metro station was super convenient, and I appreciated the comfortable, clean room. However, the Wi-Fi connectivity was quite poor, especially in my room. And while the breakfast was decent, I encountered some issues with staff service that left me disappointed.
